We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As a Lead Educator at our Cobham setting you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

• You will organise our holiday camp provision for 10 weeks of the year including staffing, planning, quality assurance and on the ground delivery.

• You will work collaboratively across the leadership team and other camps.

• You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
