Hybrid Role (working remote, from our office space in Cobham and across our sites in Surrey & South West London) 

40 Hours a Week (flexible working hours between 7am-6pm)

We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As our Family Experience & Operations Lead you will be joining a dynamic, fast paced Operations team with opportunities to grow.

In this role you will work across our key operational focus areas, delivering on our owlsome customer journey, events, marketing, people and recruitment processes.

• You’re passionate about our innovate Early Years education and outdoor learning approach and keen to make a positive impact both in the back end operations team and onsite  in our nurseries
• You’re naturally organised and can streamline processes to improve family experience
  
• You are confident using IT systems and social media platforms
