We believe in creating extraordinary early experiences for children by pioneering outdoor learning in our forest nurseries. As a Camp Lead at our Cobham setting you will be leading our supportive and passionate team on the ground to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

• You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
